# ScrapeMole Companies: SEC EDGAR company search, profiles, financials and filings for AI agents

> Pay-per-call US company data for agents from SEC EDGAR (public domain): company/ticker search, company profiles (industry, incorporation, filer category, addresses, latest filings), XBRL financials (revenue, net income, EPS, cash flow, balance sheet; 5 years + 4 quarters) and filing lists with document links. USDC via x402, no accounts; failed calls are never charged.

Pay with x402 v2 (exact, USDC on Base). Call without payment to get a 402 with the price; retry with an x402 client. Only 200 responses are charged.

## Endpoints

- GET https://companies.scrapemole.workers.dev/v1/search ($0.001): Find US-listed companies by name or ticker: ticker, SEC CIK, legal name and exchange (about 10,000 SEC filers).
  - q (required): Company name or ticker, e.g. "nvidia" or "MSF".
  - limit: Max results (1-25). Default 10.
- GET https://companies.scrapemole.workers.dev/v1/company ($0.002): Company profile from SEC EDGAR by ticker or CIK: legal name, tickers, exchanges, SIC industry, state of incorporation, fiscal year end, filer category, addresses, former names, latest filings.
  - ticker: Stock ticker, e.g. AAPL. Give ticker or cik.
  - cik: SEC Central Index Key, e.g. 320193. Give ticker or cik.
- GET https://companies.scrapemole.workers.dev/v1/financials ($0.004): Key financials as reported to the SEC (XBRL): revenue, gross profit, operating income, net income, diluted EPS, operating cash flow, capex, R&D, assets, liabilities, equity, cash, long-term debt; last 5 fiscal years and 4 quarters.
  - ticker: Stock ticker, e.g. AAPL. Give ticker or cik.
  - cik: SEC CIK. Give ticker or cik.
  - metrics: Comma-separated subset, e.g. "revenue,netIncome". Default all.
- GET https://companies.scrapemole.workers.dev/v1/filings ($0.002): Recent SEC filings of a company (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K with item codes, 20-F, S-1, proxy…) with filing and report dates and direct links to the document and index.
  - ticker: Stock ticker. Give ticker or cik.
  - cik: SEC CIK. Give ticker or cik.
  - forms: Comma-separated form types (amendments included), e.g. "10-K,8-K". Default: 10-K,10-Q,8-K,20-F,6-K,40-F,S-1,DEF 14A,424B4. Use "all" for every company form.
  - since: Only filings on or after this date (YYYY-MM-DD).
  - limit: Max filings (1-100). Default 20.
